Your Initial Consultation is a 30-45 minute discovery meeting conducted either in person or via Google Meets.
This session gives us a chance to learn about you, your business, and your goals. It also allows us to walk you through our process and answer any early questions you may have.
No preparation is needed— you don't need to provide financials or documentation during the consultation. We'll guide the conversation and ask the right questions.

We'll also outline how we ensure confidentiality and walk you through a high-level timeline of the sales process, if you decide to move forward.
What Happens Next
After the consultation, we'll ask you to complete a short Request for Information (RFI) document. This RFI provides us with the key financial and operational information we need to prepare a tailored, professional business appraisal.
Once we receive your completed RFI and supporting documents, you can typically expect your appraisal within 2 to 3 business days.
